It’s been awhile since I blogged about The Cinnamon Girl’s cooking. Let’s be clear, this is not because she hasn’t been cooking. She has. And the food has been delicious. It’s because I’ve been tied up in Bronco and movie stuff. No longer.
Last night, we had pork loin with cheese hash browns and shoe string zucchini.
It was slow cooked in soy sauce, mustard, maple syrup, garlic and thyme. She finished it with mustard and brown sugar. She calls this sauce a demi-glaze.
I call her a demi-god of cooking.
Living in our house is like living in a gourmet restaurant.
